Atec Group launched into motorhome insurance in March 2022 using its multiple retail distribution channels including InsureMy.co.uk and currently has several insurers on its motorhome panel.
According to Statista*, in 2022, there were 11,600 new motorhome registrations in the UK. The NCC estimates that there are 225,000 motorhomes in current use in the UK.
James O’Hara, Commercial Director at Atec Group and InsureMy, said: “Our launch into motorhome has been very successful. We have extensive retail distribution capabilities across leisure insurance, including caravan, boat and campervan, and we have some exciting plans to expand our range later in the year.”
